From blue cobbled streets to canary yellow chippy paint, Old San Juan delivers in full color and worn vintage charm. Our first night in Puerto Rico we arrived late in the afternoon to Old San Juan and left again the next morning without fully appreciating how vibrant the area was. When we returned to the old city at the end of the week the shops, bars and restaurants had received a holiday make-over. Jolly Santas, Christmas Trees, even fake snow were all on display.
