To mix it up a little we skipped the pool and visited one of DC's spray parks--like a glorified sprinkler with a whole lot of broken down toys. Mahlon has been sick all week and didn't really take to it but Lizzie had a blast. Temps are still in the mid 90s with no end in sight. Tonight is our 10k race. I wonder if the spray park stays open late...if nothing else I just hope our power (and AC!) remain on tonight unlike last night and this morning.
